• What personal scripts would you like to hear during your race?
Scripts are the statements that you might make inside your head
to keep you pushing or overcome hurdles, tough stages,
when you need to dig really deep, are considering quitting,
wondering why you ever got into this in the first place,
or what you might want to hear from supporters on the side of the road,
be they loved ones or coaches. Only you know what brings
out the best in you. How do you get to enjoy it while it is happpening
rather than just enjoying the relief of it being over.
How about sharing some of these thought and statement gems.
Help us think outside of the box.
No more "looking good" when you feel like @#$%
